A major provider of interior design services sought to significantly expand and improve its national reach. The company designs and installs customized design solutions for homebuilders and commercial real estate clients, providing work for model homes, hotels, corporate offices, clubhouses and more.

Challenge

Despite having warehouses and labor of their own, the company wanted to expand its services and nationwide scope with partners in warehousing, assembly, inside delivery, installation and vendor management.

Due to the fast-paced nature of the hospitality industry, the company often receives projects with required turnarounds of a week or less. In such small windows of time, it was imperative that the company found a logistics partner who could meet their needs across the U.S. with expertise in the high-touch white glove industry.
